The original plan was to engineer a tool and then sell the design. It was never our intention to be the manufacturer or distributor, after all, our passion is for innovation. The Thread Daddy product generated revenue of over $100,000 while in its prototyping stage. Injection molds have been made and tested. This product is ready for mass production and distribution. Our prototyping laboratory is simply not big enough to keep up with demand.

The product.
Thread Daddy is a simple, robust tool, comprised of few components. Parts are made by injecting molds with wax. The wax parts are then investment cast. The metal parts are polished up and assembled with very minimal machine work.

Gear and socket molds.
We will provide several complete sets of quality 3D printed molds for high temperature wax injection. The metal parts require minimal clean up with lathe and wire wheel.
Casing molds.
Molds are engineered and 3D printed using top quality materials that are not brittle and can withstand high temperatures. These molds can be customized and printed on demand. The metal parts require minimal sanding, drilling, tapping and wire wheel buffing.
